1) Introduction

These Terms govern the use of services and products offered by OneMagnumOne Ltd. through onemagnumone.com. By using our website or purchasing our services or products, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

2) Services

• Services can be rescheduled once with at least 48 hours’ notice, subject to availability.
• Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled service are refundable, minus a 10% administration fee.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time are non-refundable because resources are allocated in advance.
• Completed services are non-refundable.

3) Digital Products

• All sales of digital products (guides, templates, reports, downloads) are final once accessed or downloaded.
• If you have not yet accessed or downloaded the product, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase.
• If a technical issue prevents access, we will provide a replacement file at no cost.
• Non-refundable status is justified as digital files cannot be “returned” once delivered electronically.

4) Physical Goods

• Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items, using the original payment method.
• Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless legally required.

5) Refund Processing

Approved refunds are issued within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6) Limitation of Liability

OneMagnumOne Ltd. is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services or products, except where required by law.
